Amethyst Excavation adds selectable mining areas to vanilla pickaxes — no new items, no enchantment slot, no glint.
Infuse a pickaxe you already own with four amethyst shards and choose how much it breaks per swing: a single block, a 1x3 line, or a full 3x3 plane. Every extra block follows vanilla's own rules for drops, experience, durability and protection — nothing is bypassed.
