Keep the class fixture empty

For the empty-class edge case this test was constructed to cover, adding the kind field changes the fixture into an instance with an own property, so the assertion no longer verifies that an otherwise-empty class instance is rejected. Keep the empty class and suppress typescript/no-extraneous-class locally instead of altering the test input.
