You can adapt the wheel hub to the RC wheels you can find in local/online retail (typical keywords to find online: "RC car rubber tyre hub 1/8"). The default wheel hub to 3D print is in upkie_parts/legs/wheel_hub. It looks like this:

You could buy any 1/10 or 1/8 RC wheel, take out its rubber rim and adapt the FreeCAD source wheel_hub.FCStd to have the same radius as the hub of your wheel.

Alternative: hex variant

Alternatively, there is a variant of the hub with a tiny shaft that can be used with standard 17 mm wheel hex driver/parts for RC cars. It is in upkie_parts/legs/wheel_hub/hex_variant:

That part can be easier to adapt, but it is more brittle.

Hoping this helps!
