Help and Troubleshooting

Before you get any help, make sure you have read through the full wiki, especially setup instructions.

Common issues

If you are having issues, make sure:

• you are using the latest version
• you restarted your PC sometime in the last 45 days

If you get the issue that says "Error running command, see troubleshooting guide," follow these instructions and make sure to restart your computer after that so those changes take effect.

Get help

If you need further help, ask in #public-help in the SSG Discord.

Enable logging by setting global logging := true in 2_options.ahk, then run the macro until your problem arises, then send the generated file macro_logs.txt in Discord when you ask for help.

Submit an issue

If there is a bug that you have confirmed is not your fault or have a recommendation on a feature, you can create an issue.
