Adding a Special Column to Planet Map

I would like a 12th column X: 6, Y :(-5 to +5) This would not be a place where normal buildings can be placed by the user. Arriving Supply Pods, Thuds, Bleeders for now would be placed there, though expanding fissures could be put there. Users would still be able to delete said buildings as normal.
