Move a file on the backend, HFS doesn't automatically refresh?

Hello! I like the program so far! I've noticed that if I move a file on the backend, the frontend page doesn't refresh in a certain amount of time. Is there any way to configure that setting? Mimic the Menu > Reload function or web page reload?

that's not a feature available at the moment.
i may consider it in the future, but i don't know what difficulties it will pose.
it also depends on how many people are interested.

Thanks. As far as I was hoping for - a task that just executes to refresh every X seconds/minutes would be perfectly fine. But no worries either way!
