Profession Era Bar

Profession Era Bar is a World of Warcraft Retail addon that puts an expansion selector beside the Professions window. This wiki is the player guide; the README is the short overview.

Start here

1. Install and open a profession.
2. Use the era bar on Recipes and Specializations.
3. Move, resize, or lock the launcher.
4. Troubleshoot a missing or unexpected button.

At a glance

The bar has positions for twelve profession eras, from Midnight through Classic. Learned eras appear in color and can be selected. Unlearned eras remain visible in grayscale; hover one to see its expansion name and unlearned status. A highlight marks the selected era. The bar moves to the side of the Professions window with more available space.

The bar appears on Recipes and Specializations. It hides on unsupported tabs and while crafting at an NPC. The hourglass launcher opens either primary profession and remembers its position, size, and lock state.
