Troubleshooting

The era bar is missing

1. Open a primary profession from the launcher or the game's Professions window.
2. Select Recipes or Specializations. The bar is intentionally hidden on unsupported tabs and during NPC crafting.
3. Close and reopen the Professions window. If the display is stale after a game or addon update, try /reload.

A button is grayscale

That expansion tier is unlearned for the current profession. The button remains in its place so all twelve eras are visible. Its tooltip names the expansion and says the profession is unlearned for that tier. Learn the tier through the game's profession trainers before selecting it.

Specializations did not reopen

When switching from Specializations, the addon opens Recipes and returns to Specializations only if the chosen era has a specialization tree. Older eras without one remain on Recipes.

The launcher will not move or resize

Use Ctrl + left click to toggle locking. While unlocked, drag to move it or Shift + drag to resize it. Left click and right click open the first and second primary professions, respectively; an empty primary slot has nothing to open.

Report a problem

If the behavior still differs from the guide, open a bug report. Include the profession and expansion tier, active tab, exact steps, expected and actual result, and any Lua error. Add the addon package and Retail client version when known. A real in-game screenshot or short recording can help. Mention whether the problem also occurs with other addons disabled.
