Getting started

This guide describes the current Rhodan's Markers GitHub source.

Install and enable

1. Install the addon for your World of Warcraft client from CurseForge or use the GitHub source for development testing.
2. At character selection, open AddOns and make sure Rhodan's Markers is enabled.
3. Enter a five-player dungeon with a party of two to five members. The addon does not show its button in the open world, in a raid, or during combat.

The GitHub source targets Retail 12.1.0, TBC Anniversary 2.5.6, Classic Season of Discovery 1.15.9, and Classic Forever 1.60.1. Choose a package that matches the client you are running.

Your first marker

The button sits to the right of the target frame. If you do not have an eligible tank or healer targeted, left-click it to target the assigned tank or right-click it to target the assigned healer. When you target an eligible party member, the button displays that role and its configured raid icon. Click it again to apply the icon.

The defaults are Star for the tank and Moon for the healer. Rhodan's Markers does not automatically mark party members in the current GitHub source. You must click the button or use its optional keybind.

Open settings

Type /rm to open settings. Use /rm on to enable the addon and /rm off to disable it. In settings, you can enable tank and healer marking separately, choose distinct icons, and assign an optional keybind.
