FAQ
How is this different from Maccy? MaccyPlus adds rules, actions, plugins and a CLI on top of Maccy. See Home.
Does it need the network? Not for the app itself. JavaScript plugins have no network access. Only the plugin marketplace fetches remote data.
Can a plugin open a URL? No. Plugins are text transforms and conditions. Use the builtin openURL, openInApp or webSearch actions.
Can I script it? Yes, see Command line. Edits apply to the running app immediately.
How do I ignore copies from Universal Clipboard? Preferences → Ignore → Pasteboard Types, add com.apple.is-remote-clipboard.
How do I ignore copies from a password manager or other app? Add its custom pasteboard type in Preferences → Ignore. Pasteboard-Viewer shows which types an app uses.
Where is the preference domain? com.royp.MaccyPlus.
Does it track upstream Maccy? Yes, it is periodically synced with upstream releases.
