Python setup and virtual environments done with uv.

Working on a project.toml but not complete.

IDE is Spyder.

Chatbot code has be used after human review. Also used to assist in this wiki. Was using web Ai, then Cursor, now Claude Code

No auto format, all hand coded out of compliance with Pep 8 see topics on coding style.

OS is Linux mint. Code should be 99% + compatible with Windows or Mac but not tested.
