Xtream Codes
BDIX-IPTV also provides an Xtream-compatible access method for supported IPTV players.
Your Xtream username and password are private credentials. Do not publish them in the Wiki, repository, screenshots or public issues.
Use the credentials supplied for your personal BDIX-IPTV Xtream access.
Most players ask for three values:

| Username | Your private Xtream username |
| Password | Your private Xtream password |
Some players automatically retrieve live TV, VOD, series and EPG information after authentication.
Xtream Codes is commonly supported by IPTV applications such as XCIPTV, TiviMate and IPTV Smarters. Exact menus vary by version and device.
Where supported, Xtream authentication can simplify EPG configuration because the player may receive EPG information from the service. See EPG Guide for general EPG troubleshooting.
Never paste your Xtream credentials into GitHub Issues, public comments, screenshots or the Wiki.
If access stops working, verify the credentials and server address first, then check whether the service is reachable from your network.
