Bulk
Open Budget Translator → Bulk (also the top-level menu landing page).
The Bulk list is the site-wide review queue. Use the toolbar to filter by status/language, sort, and search; then edit source or translation in each row. Row actions cover Open (focus view), Save, Confirm, and Retranslate; Confirm selected confirms many rows at once.
Mass review of cached translation segments across the site. Filter, edit, confirm, or retranslate many rows in one list.

Status: Pending review · Auto · Edited · Confirmed · All statuses
Confirmed items are hidden from the default “needs work” view. - Language: one target or all
- Sort: Newest / Oldest / Shortest / Longest first
- Search across segment text
Columns are sortable. Segment count is shown in the toolbar.

You can edit the German source and the translation together. Saving a changed source also updates matching text in posts, pages and menus.
Opening Bulk runs shared cache hygiene (same family of fixes as By post):
- Quality polish on auto rows (numbers, punctuation, placeholder cleanup)
- Collapse near-duplicates (ellipsis
…vs..., case twins) - Technical passthrough / auto-confirm upgrades (see Quality)
- Remove leftover invalid API messages and code/console/shortcode cache rows
Manual purge buttons are not needed.
If there are no translations yet, run Translate website now from Settings.
