Open Budget Translator → By post.
The By post list shows every post/page with translated and confirmed coverage bars. Filter by language, post type, or title search, then open Review translations on a row to machine-fill missing texts and confirm what still needs work for that post.
List posts with confirmed-% coverage. Open one post to review texts from that post that still need work.

Opening a post:
- Missing texts are machine-translated automatically.
- You see Needs work: texts from that post that are not confirmed yet.
- Confirm the suggestions, or use Retry failed translations if the provider failed.
- Identical phrases already confirmed elsewhere are reused automatically.

Opening Bulk or a post review also:
- Re-applies quality polish to auto rows (numbers, punctuation, placeholders) so both screens match the frontend
- Collapses near-duplicates that only differ by ellipsis (
…vs...) or case - Removes English→English auto rows when the site source language is German (and does not recreate them)
- Upgrades older identical / already-target
autorows to confirmed passthrough when appropriate

Prefer filling the cache with Translate website now in Settings before heavy review. Per-post open still translates missing strings, but batch jobs are more reliable on free APIs.
