Parent Guide
The parent account manages the family, swimmers, meets, results, goals, and access.
After signing in, you start on Home. The bottom navigation offers Home, Meets, Results, Progress and More. Use More for Goals, People & access, Family Portal and Kid View.
Use the swimmer selector at the top of the page.
Check the selected swimmer before adding a meet, result, or goal.
- Open People & access.
- Choose Add swimmer.
- Complete the form and save.
- To update an existing swimmer, choose Edit beside their name.

- Select the swimmer.
- Open Meets.
- Choose Add meet and save the meet details.
- Choose Add event on the meet.
- Select the course and event, then save.
- Repeat for each race.
After each race, choose Enter result on its meet event.

- Open Goals.
- Choose Set goal.
- Select the event and course.
- Enter a personal target and any time standards you want to track.
- Save.
Matching goals appear on the swimmer's progress graph.

- Open People & access.
- Create a family code if you do not already have one.
- Share the app link and code with your family member.
- After they sign up and request access, find their request.
- Select the swimmers they can follow.
- Choose Approve access after reviewing the account type and swimmer permissions.
You can change permissions or remove a member later.

- Open People & access.
- Choose Connect kid device beside the swimmer.
- Have the swimmer scan the QR code on their own phone, or enter the pairing code.
- Complete the connection on their device.
The parent Kid view is a preview. Use device pairing to give the child their own swimmer access.

In People & access, find Family branding.
You can change the family name, colors, and picture. Choose Save appearance when finished.
The swimmer can also customize their bubble using Make it yours on their page.
Open Family portal, choose the swimmer and a finished race, then use Family cheers to send a message.
Replies from the swimmer appear in that race's conversation.
In version 1.24.2, parent previews of Family Portal and Kid View have a ← Main screen button. This returns to Home without signing out. Actual family and kid accounts keep their restricted navigation.
Open a saved result and choose Race videos to record or choose a clip. See Race Videos for upload, playback and removal instructions.
The isolated Parent verification test panel is removed in 1.24.2. Where available, real Child permissions remains separate. Follow its parent notice and verification steps before connecting new child devices when requested.
