Bugfix release: Markdown, C/C++ source reader, ReqIF/Excel importers

This release contains the following enhancements:

1) Fixed: Markdown documents now accept several COMMENT fields in one
node, as SDoc documents do. Before, the Markdown reader reported a
duplicate field error.

2) Fixed: the include_doc_paths and exclude_doc_paths wildcards now
match file and folder names with parentheses, for example input(1).sdoc.
The source file filters and the .gitignore patterns now also match
names with parentheses. Before, StrictDoc skipped documents with
parentheses in the path without a warning if the project set
include_doc_paths. Projects created with strictdoc new set
include_doc_paths by default.

3) Fixed: the C/C++ source reader now reads scope=function markers on
functions that start with macros. Examples of such functions are
MY_ATTR void foo(void) and MY_SECTION(".text") void foo(void).
Before, the reader skipped markers on macro-prefixed functions without a
warning. The reader now prints a warning if no function is directly below
a scope=function marker. The warning shows the file and line of the
marker.

4) Fixed: the ReqIF importer now reads Parent relations between nodes of
different types, for example a REQUIREMENT that traces to a NEED. Before,
the ReqIF importer failed with a KeyError.

5) Fixed: StrictDoc now loads a document that the Excel importer creates
from a sheet with a parent column. The Excel importer now declares the
Parent relation in the document grammar. Before, StrictDoc could not load
the document and reported "Requirement relation type/role is not
registered: Parent".
