Optional nit: would it be useful to preserve the native onclick type in each discriminated variant (HTMLAnchorAttributes['onclick'] / HTMLButtonAttributes['onclick'])? That would retain element-specific currentTarget typing and null compatibility. If the broader MouseEvent type is intentional, no change is needed.
