Audio Settings

Amidala supports two audio systems. Select the one matching your hardware.

Audio System

System Description
HCR Human Cyborg Relations vocalizer. Three independent channels (Voice, Ambient, Background). Supports emotion triggers, emotes, and Muse (random ambient playback) mode.
VMusic2 USB-based audio. Sound files are organised into numbered bank folders on a USB drive.

Set via the Audio System dropdown. A restart is required after changing this setting.

HCR Settings

Setting Description
Volume Master output volume (0–100)
Muse Mode Enable/disable random ambient background playback
Muse Interval Min/Max Time range (seconds) between random ambient sound triggers

Sound Banks

Sound banks are groups of sounds assigned to a number. Button actions reference banks by number — pressing a button plays a random track from the assigned bank.

You can add, rename, and remove banks from this page. Each bank has a name (for your reference) and a number (used in button configs).

VMusic2 Settings

Setting Description

Bank folders On the USB drive, sound banks correspond to numbered folders (01/, 02/, etc.). The bank number in Amidala maps to the folder number.
