Mods window crash fix

This patch fixes the SplitterDistance must be between Panel1MinSize and Width - Panel2MinSize exception that could appear when opening Mods, particularly with Windows display scaling.

Download ACE-SinglePlayer-v0.2.0-preview.2.zip below. Extract the entire ZIP to a writable folder such as C:\Games\ACE-SinglePlayer. Existing characters and settings under %LOCALAPPDATA%\ACESinglePlayer are retained.

Validation

  • Mods window construction regression test passed
  • normal, narrow, and scaled layout tests passed
  • all 38 launcher tests passed
  • self-contained package rebuilt with zero warnings
  • proprietary-file and debug-symbol safety scan passed

Asheron's Call, acclient.exe, DAT files, Decal, and ThwargLauncher are not included.
