Mods library and contrast cleanup

This patch includes the Mods window crash fix from Preview 2, removes the unhelpful installed Decal plugin/service/filter inventory from the Mods library, and improves dark-theme readability.

Changes

  • Mods now shows ACE mods and future content providers, not registered Decal components
  • available Mods action buttons use bold pale-gold text
  • unavailable actions are hidden instead of displaying dim unreadable labels
  • the Use Decal label beside Play remains pale gold even while its checkbox is disabled
  • Decal launch and injection support are unchanged

Download ACE-SinglePlayer-v0.2.0-preview.3.zip and extract the complete archive to a writable folder such as C:\Games\ACE-SinglePlayer. Existing settings, characters, and the private server DAT copy under %LOCALAPPDATA%\ACESinglePlayer are retained.
