Simulation framework for germanium experiments
A common repository to define materials that are later used at a GDML geometry. The materials are publicly accessible through the website https://rest-for-physics.github.io/materials/rest.xml. GDML files in REST can access directly that remote address. See also basic-geometries project.
Geant4 EM physics simulation R&D project looking for solutions to reduce the computing performance bottleneck experienced by HEP detector simulation applications.
Easy-to-use wrapper for the Geant4 library for Monte Carlo radiation transport in matter. Possible to use either from the command line or from within Python/Jupyter. This makes estimating energy deposition from a particle beam in a target or the scattering and energy loss of the beam particles a relatively straight-forward process.

GEANT4 Simulation for ICESPICE: Internal Conversion Electron SPectrometer In Coincidence Experiments.
A Monte Carlo simulation code of energy dispersive, photon counting (PC) silicon drift detectors (SDDs) for x-ray fluorescence (XRF) and spectrometry applications. The simulation includes PC detectors intended for spectrometry and molecular imaging. The detector is based on Amptek XR100 FastSDD Xray detector (Amptek Inc., Bedford, MA, USA)
A Python-based tool to simulate the effect of interplanetary charged particles and the van Allen belts on count rates and pulse height distributions in simple Cherenkov detectors in space.
