A software INMARSAT-C encoder and decoder that converts text to satellite messaging audio WAV files and back. Produces protocol-correct INMARSAT-C transmissions using rate 1/2 convolutional FEC, block interleaving, and FSK modulation — the same forward error correction and modulation used by real maritime satellite messaging systems.
