It integrates ElasticNetCV clocks, site-wise Shannon entropy 𝐻 ( 𝛽 ) H(β), PCA spectral decomposition, and HRF-based resonance to quantify negentropy gradients and simulate control-driven reversal toward low-entropy attractors.
