I have just noticed that when editing a DB/table in Adminer via the interactive form boxes - the info displayed in the main window (large one on the right) jumps up as you move your mouse over it, then jumps back down.
I assume that it's CSS (or JavaScript) related so once diagnosed it will probably be an easy fix.
It'd be nice to fix it as it's annoying. But it's not a showstopper so will be pushed down the road for now...
FWIW I have only tested LAMP, but assume that it affects Adminer on Postgres too.
