feat: expand About page organization and resource details

Changes

• clarify Board, initiative, and leadership responsibilities
• link the event calendar, current initiatives, officer directory, history, and Friends of ACM pages
• add the collaboration contact and increase body text size
• add a focused About-page content and navigation test

Testing

• OPENSSL_CONF=/dev/null node --test __tests__/pages/About.content.test.mjs — passed (2 tests) in pinned Node 20 Docker with networking disabled
• ./node_modules/.bin/stylelint styles/pages/About.module.scss — passed in the same network-disabled verifier
• npm run lint-js — attempted, but the repository-wide command reported seven unresolved imports for ignored JSON files generated by secret-backed Google Sheets jobs. The data/officeroutput.json import in pages/about.js is unchanged from the base; with only import/no-unresolved disabled, ESLint passed on pages/about.js.
• Not run: the secret-backed data generators, full Jest suite, production build, or deploy preview.
