Makes it possible to react to an element being attached / detached
for e.g. creating or releasing resources.

Fixes #386
Component events can either be standalone, fired on the server side, or they can be connected to a DOM event and fired automatically when the DOM event is received.
HTML5 defines <hr> as a "paragraph-level thematic break" without any
references to its typical graphical representation. "horizontal rule" is
only used in HTML4 and older.
This is an initial version setting the baseline for how the component
set would be structured. The currently implemented feature set is based
on what is used in internal test views.

It should be possible to use StreamResource as an attribute value. It
makes StreamResource lifecyle management implicit.

Element -> Component mapping is done through ElementUtil
