20. Scooter model guides
Model pages are living how-to guides.
They may repeat important ST-LINK and connection-mode information because many users prefer to follow one model-specific page instead of jumping between general pages.
Detailed pages should focus first on boards available for real testing:
Max G3 and F3 / F3 Pro use the same VCU hardware for the documented board generation.
The new 2026 G3 VCU is different and more difficult to access with ST-LINK.
GT3 is also different. Pinout photos may exist, but a full guide is not ready yet.
The Motor Control Unit is separate from the VCU and communicates with it over CAN bus. Current notes suggest the Motor Control Unit hardware and ST-LINK pinout are probably the same across X3 scooters, but this still needs confirmation across more models.
