Doxygen Installation
Doxygen is a useful documentation tool. It analyzes source code and comments to generate documentation for each file, module, class, functions, etc.
Doxygen supports Javadoc-like comments and actually has built-in support for Javadoc comments, so the documenting the Java sections of the code should be relatively easy.
The download page for Doxygen is here and you can download an installer here. Windows may complain about the installer not being signed, just click "more info" and "Run Anyways".
After that the installation will be fairly straight-forward. Just click through the installation wizard until it's done.
