Planning delivery validation

Date: 2026-09-28. These checks validate import/documentation integrity, not backend runtime behavior.

Import integrity

Compared all 670 upstream tracked files against the source clone at b8a52049e0294cd2d07612cedcc52b3017c5271e by content. None are missing. Only four imported documents/configured rule documents were intentionally changed: root README gains a new-repository scope/index banner; three .cursor/rules/ files gain a scope-resolution note referring to AGENTS/ADR-004. All Android source, tests, resources, Gradle files, Room schemas, CI and scripts remain byte-identical to the upstream snapshot. LICENSE is byte-identical.

All new files are Markdown planning/documentation. No Go source/module, production migration, OpenAPI placeholder claimed as complete, backend dependency, infrastructure provisioning or generated build artifact was added. Source clone/build cache and temporary document-check scripts reside under /tmp, outside the delivered repository.

Document checks

  • Verified each new local Markdown link resolves, including the explicit P01-T01 anchor.
  • Verified 73 unique roadmap task IDs across 11 implementation phases; each task includes all 13 required field groups (ID/priority/status plus goal, why, inputs, areas, dependencies, tests, outline, acceptance, commands, risks, recovery and DOD).
  • Checked referenced exact task IDs against the declared set and reviewed cross-phase dependencies/G09 barrier.
  • Checked new-document trailing whitespace and that additions contain only documentation.
  • bash scripts/validate-repo-baseline.sh passes; imported secret-scanner limitations are recorded in CURRENT_STATE_AUDIT. Additional planning-file scan reports matching filenames only to avoid secret exposure; no high-confidence credential findings.
  • git diff --check passes, but the destination has no commits/tracked files yet, so a separate content/link/whitespace comparison covers untracked additions. No commit or push performed.

Runtime limitations

Android test/build attempt failed before tests because JDK 17 is unavailable; see BASELINE_VALIDATION. Backend tests, migrations, deployments, restore/load tests, privacy/legal review and device signature checks remain future roadmap tasks. No runtime gate is marked complete by this document. P01-T01 is the next execution step.
