Similar to Most Recently Used(MRU) or Most Frequently Used(MFU) artifacts.

Proves folder access

List of MRU and MFU organized by application

Jumplist items will remain even if the target is deleted

JumpList only show the user a few items but can hold hundreds more.

Located in C:\Useres[specific user]\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Recent and then in either AutomaticDestinations or CustomDestinations

AppIDs are universal across systems but AppIDs change with app version
