Purpose of change

I was originally trying to get them to quote Dracula Flow, but they deftly refused to parrot the lines I added. By giving them lines in the basegame, I can see if that effects their ability to use crazy speech.

They parrot at the same rate as Renfields, to prevent chatlog spam.
