This struct changed in the most recent versions of aws-c-event-stream. Modify this code so it works with old or newer versions of aws-c-event-stream.
Previously, we'd check the internal state of the struct to see if it initialized correctly: detecting errors via side-effects. But it's MORE correct if we report failed initialization, and dont touch the struct at all if it failed to initialize.

In the past, we needed to get a function that was hidden in a private header. It's not hidden anymore, so we can include the public header.

It allocates Spot Instances based on both spare capacity availability and Spot Instance price. This release adds support for task scale-in protection with updateTaskProtection and getTaskProtection APIs. UpdateTaskProtection API can be used to protect a service managed task from being terminated by scale-in events and getTaskProtection API to get the scale-in protection status of a task. AWS introduces the new Amazon EventBridge Scheduler. EventBridge Scheduler is a serverless scheduler that allows you to create, run, and manage tasks from one central, managed service.
