A profile is one identity you bill as: your name, role, email, phone, address, wordmark, colours, layout and default payment note. Keep one for each brand or line of work, for example one for freelance development and one for teaching.
- New starts a blank profile. Duplicate copies the current one, which is the quickest way to make a variant.
- Bill as at the top of Details switches the current invoice to another profile. The details, wordmark, colours and layout all change together.
- Editing your details while billing as a profile updates that profile, so the next invoice already has them.
- Saved invoices keep the details they were made with. Changing your address later doesn't rewrite old PDFs.
- The first profile you create replaces the sample.
Fill in a client on Details and press Save client. Next time, pick them from Saved client and their name, contact person, address and client code fill in.
Numbers follow CODE-YEAR-NN, for example ACME-2026-03. Type a client code and press Next: Hesabak looks at your saved invoices and suggests the next free number for that client and year. You can always type your own.
