The OBDA plugin has a feature to import data from database to OWL file.

It is located in the menu bar OBDA > Create OWL individuals from mappings...

Example Usage

1. Let's reuse the files from the Book tutorial. Download the OWL and OBDA files from the resources section.

2. Open the OWL file using Protégé and go to the "OBDA Model" tab. Make sure the connection strings are correct in the "Datasources selector".

3. Select the OBDA > Create OWL individuals from mappings... to begin the operation. A confirmation message will appear to tell the operation cost. This example doesn't take too many resources and will take only several milliseconds to generate all the Individuals.

   

   Take a look at the "Individuals" tab to see the results.
