Up to date and only valid as of/from v2.5.0

For people who want to modify the code and upload this to the controller.
No support will be provided for any modified code, even if the modifications are within the settings list of variables
If you encounter any issues only submit this issue if it also occurs in the provided pre-compiled .uf2 file
This guide assumes that you know the basics of Arduino, C++, VS Code and maybe some Platform IO depending on what you want to do

  1. Open VS Code and install PIO (Platform IO)
  2. Download the source code from the release page, extract the zip
  3. Open the folder in VS Code, PIO will install all necessary libraries.
  4. Make your desired modifications under src/AR2M.cpp
  5. Press Ctrl+Alt+B or press the tick in the status bar to build the file
  6. The file should be compiled to .pio/build/pico/firmware.uf2
  7. Put the Pico into BOOT/DFU holding the BOOT button whilst plugging in the controller or hold BOOT then press RESET.
  8. Copy the file to the device that has now showed up. The device should appear as RPI-RP2 The controller should then run the uploaded firmware!
