FAQ and Limitations

Is this repository the application source?

It contains public documentation and overview artwork. The commercial source and complete setup guides are available through Project David on Ko-fi.

Does a customer request reserve stock?

A pending request does not confirm a booking or reserve stock. The business reviews it and availability is checked during approval.

Is the demo a shared live business?

The demo uses fictional browser-local records and simulated routing. It is separate from the online product, where invited users share the configured business workspace.

Does it work offline?

The interface can be installable in supported browsers. Online business operations still require the configured backend and network; no offline-write queue is provided.

Are hosting and third-party services included?

Only when expressly stated in your order. Your own cloud, domain, database and mapping services may have charges and limits. No unlimited or permanent free service is promised.

Does it collect payments or verify Facebook identities?

It records payment information; an online payment gateway is not included. A supplied Facebook profile link is unverified contact information. No Meta integration is implied.

Are receipts tax-certified? Can I change the displayed currency?

No tax certification is claimed. Accounting defaults use PHP and Asia/Manila; display settings do not perform currency conversion. Verify your legal and accounting requirements independently.

Is every device and printer guaranteed?

Browser, installed-app, touch, multi-device and printer behavior must be checked on the recipient's setup. Automated checks do not prove every device outcome.

What support or updates are included?

Only what is expressly listed in the purchased offer. Contact Project David on Ko-fi about suitability or additional services.
