Purchase and License

Visit Project David's Ko-fi shop for the source-code product and ask questions before buying. The seller and licensor is David Alea, trading as Project David.

The commercial license permits perpetual private use and modification, including unlimited customized and rebranded client apps. You may charge for working applications you deliver. You may not publish, share or resell the original or modified development source. A customer needing that source requires a separate license or written permission.

No voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered after working download access is supplied. Mandatory rights and remedies for defects, non-delivery, misdescription, duplicate payments and other protected situations remain available. Separately agreed services follow the full cancellation terms.

Read the full purchase terms before payment. Those terms are also supplied with the source package. Hosting, setup, customization, updates and ongoing support are included only when expressly promised in your order. Public documentation does not make the application open source.
