Director & Event Modification

  • The event will now stop once survivors reach the saferoom.

Map Items

  • Added a pistol spawn to the saferoom.
  • Made the spawn by the gazebo always be a magnum.
  • Made the weapons in the barn always spawn a shotgun and SMG.
  • Removed pills that spawn in an inaccessible room.

Ammo Piles

  • Added an ammo pile after the bumper cars.
  • Added an ammo pile on the picnic tables outside the barn.

Hittables

  • Removed one of the bumper cars from the saferoom.

Exploits Blocked

  • Blocked survivors from standing on the saferoom roof.
  • Blocked survivors from standing on the foodcart and hedges in front of saferoom.
  • Blocked survivors from getting on the tickets building by the saferoom.
  • Blocked survivors from standing on the 2 food carts by the coaster entrance.
  • Blocked survivors from getting over the fence by the Dixieland Diner.
  • Blocked survivors from standing on the tents by the bumper cars.
  • The groups of trash bins that allowed survivors to jump on the tents have been removed.

Developer Note: Getting on these tents gives the survivors too much of an advantage against tanks here, and allows survivors to potentially jump over the fence blocking the route.

  • Porta potty doors can now be broken before the door has been opened.
  • Removed one of the windows on the building before the barn.

Developer Note: This should allow for more potential spawns here and add a bit of variety.

  • Fixed LOS issues on the carnival signs before the barn.
  • Clipped the barn roof to allow infected to take survivors off the edges on the lower sections.
  • Solidified a non-solid shrub by the one way drop.

Props

  • Added an openable porta potty by the gazebo.
  • Added a stack of tires in the bumper car area.
  • Added porta potty and generator by hedges after bumper cars.
  • Added some AC vents on the barn roof.
  • Added a vending machine before the stairs at the event.
  • Added some plywood on the CEDA balcony at the event for spawns.
  • Added a tent to the event holdout area.
  • Added 2 additional porta potties at the end of the event.

Ladder / Elevator Attack Nerf

Map Sounds

  • Stopped the Moustachio dialogue from playing more than once.
  • Stopped the 'Stache Wacker sounds from continuously playing.

Particles and Visual Effects

  • Removed the helicopter event after exiting the bumper cars building.

Clips

  • Removed some infected clips added by the Last Stand update:
    • Removed a clip behind a fence at the end of the event.

Triggers

Ladders

  • Added an infected ladder on fence blocking the route at the start.
  • Added an infected ladder on the food cart by the blocked route at the start.
  • Added an infected ladder on the other side of the green fence at the start.
  • Added an infected ladder to climb over the gazebo wall from behind the garbage area.
  • Added an infected ladder on the food cart by the bumper cars.
  • Added an infected ladder on the back of the scaffolding at the event.

Starting Saferoom Rework

  • Added a table by the guns.
  • Added a garbage pile and garbage can by the door.
  • Added some boxes, crates and fences in the back corner.
  • Added some fences to block the door.
  • Extended the middle railing up to the wall.

Developer Note: This rework aims to reduce the viability of fighting a tank in the saferoom, but still having it be a valid option in a desperate situation. The movement of the survivors is limited in some key places, while still providing an adequate amount of space to fight the tank.
With the addition of the route change at the start and the 2 new bumper cars, running back to the saferoom will be a risky choice regardless.

Starting Route Change

  • A fence now blocks the direct path through the tents to reach the bumper cars area, survivors must now go around and through the gazebo area.
  • Added 3 new ladders around the fence for infected to get around the blocked route.

Developer Note: This will limit the survivor's space when fighting a tank here, and make it harder to run back to the saferoom area.
