multiInstance with CNAME on @ does not make sense
The multiInstance indicates that the template is designed to be applied
multiple times to the same domain and host. When the host is @, the result
of applying the template multiple times will always conflict with itself.
Fix: Either set multiInstance to false, or change the CNAME record
to use a different host (not @). CNAME records at the zone apex cannot
be applied multiple times without conflict.
