Installation

The Sequential Fish package is implemented in python and requires a python 3.12 installation.

Set up a fresh environnement

• If you installed python through Anaconda or conda distribution run :

conda create -n Sequential_Fish python=3.12

Then activate your new environnement

conda activate Sequential_Fish

• If you installed python 3.12 through official distribution

Open a terminal and place yourself in the folder in which you want to place your python environnement. Then make sure you can run the correct python version and run :

python -m venv Sequential_Fish

Then activate your new environnement

source Sequential_Fish/bin/activate

Installing Sequential Fish packge

After creating and activating your python environnement :

pip install Sequential_Fish

You are ready to use the Sequential Fish package, move on to the next section to get started!
