Signal Radar is a handheld radar for Minecraft with the screen drawn on the device itself (no GUI, no HUD). It runs on Forge Energy: hold it, keep it charged, and read its CRT display, where a sweep turns around you, blips light up as it passes, and far targets sit on the rim with an arrow. Five tiers raise range, precision and addon slots; addons decide what is detected (containers, ores, animals, structures, moving monsters, and more); story targets are plain datapack JSON, so modpack makers can wire the radar into quests with stages, KubeJS and commands. The mod has no pack-specific content and needs no other mod.
