| PCN | Plex Customer Number — one Plex facility/instance. One PCN per Fuuz tenant. |
| Spoke | A site tenant holding one ERP instance, vendor-shaped. This package installs into a spoke. |
| Hub | The enterprise tenant that harmonises across spokes. A different package. |
| Keyring | The pattern: spokes hold the vendor's own shape, the hub holds the canonical one. |
externalId |
The vendor's own key, verbatim. The upsert key. |
id |
Same value, copied by a create trigger — because the platform enforces a foreign key only when it targets id. |
dedupeKey |
sourceSystemId:externalId. Not the local key — this is for the hub, where several spokes share a model. |
rawPayload |
The verbatim vendor record for the row. |
| Dictionary | A dated harvest of Plex's published API documentation from developers.plex.com — the catalogue, its operations and their response schemas. The models are generated from it. |
sourceVersion |
The dictionary stamp the model was generated from. A row still stamped with an old date tells you how old the contract behind it is. |
| Forward relation | Child → parent. invoice.supplier. |
| Reverse collection | Parent → children. supplier.supplierAccountsPayableInvoices. A Fuuz relation is declared from both ends. |
loadLayer |
Where an endpoint sits in the load order. Everything it references is in a lower layer. |
| Sub-resource | An endpoint whose URL contains a path parameter, e.g. /approved-suppliers/{id}/prices. |
| Switchboard |
plexKeyringGets — the configuration listing all 182 endpoints and which are enabled. |
| Create trigger | A JSONata expression the platform runs on insert. Used here to derive id and, for keyless lookups, externalId. |
| Standard / Configurable / Custom | Works as installed / works once you supply a value / needs development. |
