Legal

This guide is provided for informational and enablement purposes. It does not modify, supplement, or take precedence over any signed order form, statement of work, or master services agreement. Where this guide and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement governs.

Reservation of Rights

Fuuz reserves the right to modify, extend, deprecate, or discontinue any portion of this accelerator and its capabilities on a go-forward basis, in future versions, without obligation to maintain backward compatibility with the behavior described in this document. This guide reflects the accelerator as of version 0.6.0 only and is superseded by later versions of this guide as they are published.

Fuuz further reserves the right to determine, at any point during a project, whether continued use of this accelerator remains appropriate. This determination is made in the best interest of the end user based on information learned during the course of the project — including but not limited to discovery findings, evolving requirements, or implementation constraints not apparent at project outset — and may result in Fuuz recommending a modified approach, a different accelerator, or a custom-built alternative in place of some or all of this accelerator's capabilities.

Nothing in this guide constitutes a commitment to build, maintain, or support any capability beyond what is delivered and accepted under the applicable order form or SOW.

Third-Party Marks

Plex and Plex Systems are trademarks of Rockwell Automation. This accelerator is not produced, endorsed, or supported by Rockwell Automation. It is generated from Plex's publicly published developer documentation at developers.plex.com and contains no Plex source material, database schema or proprietary artifact — the models are derived Fuuz artifacts describing a public API.

Because the models are derived from that documentation as published on a stated date, they reflect Plex's API as documented at that time only. Changes Plex makes subsequently do not propagate to this accelerator, and nothing here constitutes a commitment to track the vendor's API on any schedule.
