After a Data Reporter submits a Data Collection, the Data Collector reviews the submitted Data Collection and marks it red, yellow, or green.
- 🟢 Green - Reporting within A-11 guidelines A future quarter
- 🟡 Yellow - Reporting partially within A-11 guidelines
- 🔴 Red - Not submitting data
Data for CX Data Collections is evaluated based on conformance to guidelines outlined at https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/07/03/2019-14217/information-collection-improving-customer-experience-implementation-of-section-280-of-omb-circular.
