Data Collection Rating

After a Data Reporter submits a Data Collection, the Data Collector reviews the submitted Data Collection and marks it red, yellow, or green.

🟢 Green - Reporting within A-11 guidelines

At least one HISP Service detail is reported, in full; meaning Satisfaction and Trust scores exist for the service, including all figures for the Service detail report, and reflection text for the Collection.

🟡 Yellow - Reporting partially within A-11 guidelines

At least one HISP Service detail is reported, but not in-full; meaning Satisfaction or Trust scores are missing, or figures fore the Service detail report, or reflection text for the Collection.

🔴 Red - Not submitting data

Data for CX Data Collections is evaluated based on conformance to guidelines outlined at https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2019/07/03/2019-14217/information-collection-improving-customer-experience-implementation-of-section-280-of-omb-circular.
