Controller for managing the customers in the admin panel.

Class Attributes:
clm_table: TableView for displaying customer information.
userID_col: TableColumn for displaying user IDs.
username_col: TableColumn for displaying usernames.
password_col: TableColumn for displaying passwords.
email_col: TableColumn for displaying emails.
phone_col: TableColumn for displaying phone numbers.
dob_col: TableColumn for displaying dates of birth.
status_col: TableColumn for displaying user status.
code: TextField for entering administrative codes.
executeButton: Button for executing actions.
abortButton: Button for aborting actions.
UserType: ChoiceBox for selecting the type of user.
Initialization Method:
initialize(URL url, ResourceBundle resourceBundle): Method invoked to initialize the controller after its root element has been completely processed. It sets up the choice box for selecting the type of user and calls the method to populate the table view.
Helper Method:
populateTableView(): Method to populate the table view with customer information.
