Controller for the advisor claims view.

• atfault_col: TableColumn for displaying the at-fault status of claims.
• cliID_col: TableColumn for displaying the client ID associated with claims.
• clientname_lbl: Label for displaying the client name.
• clmID_col: TableColumn for displaying the claim ID.
• clm_table: TableView for displaying claims.
• dam_col: TableColumn for displaying the damage of claims.
• dam_lbl: Label for displaying the damage.
• datefil_col: TableColumn for displaying the date filed of claims.
• datefilled_lbl: Label for displaying the date filled.
• descript_lbl: Label for displaying the description.
• notes_lbl: Label for displaying notes.
• polID_col: TableColumn for displaying the policy ID associated with claims.
• sta_col: TableColumn for displaying the status of claims.
• time_col: TableColumn for displaying the time of claims.
• tol_col: TableColumn for displaying the total loss of claims.

Initialization Method:

initialize(URL url, ResourceBundle resourceBundle): Method invoked to initialize the controller after its root element has been completely processed. It currently does not have any implementation.

Usage Notes:

This class is responsible for controlling the advisor claims view, including initializing the UI elements and handling interactions.
