My Claims Controller
Controller for managing the customer's claims.

status_col: TableColumn for displaying the status of claims in the claims table. -

timeofac_col: TableColumn for displaying the time of the accident in the claims table. -
timeofac_txtfield: TextField for entering the time of the accident. -
totalled_checkbox: CheckBox for indicating whether the vehicle is totaled. -
totalled_col: TableColumn for indicating whether the vehicle is totaled in the claims table. -
typeofdamage_choicebox: ChoiceBox for selecting the type of damage.
initialize(URL url, ResourceBundle resourceBundle): Method to initialize the controller. It populates the claims table with data from the Model.
populateClaimsTable(): Method to populate the claims table with data from the Model. It sets up cell factories for displaying LocalDateTime values in a formatted manner.
This class controls the functionality of managing the customer's claims. It displays the list of claims associated with the customer, including claim ID, damage information, date filed, status, whether the customer was at fault, whether the vehicle is totaled, and the time of the accident. The customer can enter additional information such as the day of the accident, description, notes, and select the type of damage before submitting the claim.
