MCP/A2A Integration

Cross-repo integration via Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.

A2A Agent Cards

14 A2A Agent Cards generated from Demerzel personas — one per persona archetype. Each card follows the agent-card.schema.json and enables peer-to-peer agent discovery and capability advertisement.

Galactic Protocol + Claude Code Teams Blend

The Galactic Protocol now integrates with Claude Code agent teams (AGENTS.md). The same governance contracts that flow between repos also govern the team:

Demerzel Lead receives GitHub Issue
  → triage by label → assign to teammate
  → teammate runs IxQL pipeline
  → teammate reports compliance
  → Lead updates belief state
  → Galactic Protocol directive if cross-repo action needed

Key Gap: IxCaller → MCP

TARS's GrammarMlBridge.fs defines IxCaller = string -> string -> Async<Result<string, string>> — the exact shape of an MCP tool call. Wiring this to ix's MCP tools is the P0 integration.
