The Keithley 6517B is an electrometer, it's location is here to be easily found next to the family of Keithley devices.
- Keithley 6517B uses \r\n as termination characters.
- Default BAUD rate in IOC is currently 9600. BAUD rate can be adjusted on the device and so it should be adjusted accordingly.
